everyone also needs to sign the so-called KIOSK (VISITOR) AGREEMENT which will be sent to you together with your ticket in an email. Please bring a printed and signed copy of the agreement to the meetup.

if you are under 18: please have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the Kiosk (Visitor) Agreement

if you are under 16: you need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
(who needs to register and request a ticket as well)

by agreeing to attend the meetup, you are also agreeing to being filmed and the possibility of  having your likeness appear on YouTube.

Q & A

1. Why don't we meet in a park (a public place) ?
we don't want to take chances with the weather. With six youtubers present we want to ensure an organized event.

2. Why do I have to register?
YouTube Space requires a mandatory registration from everyone who enters the building. Please register here: Registration

3. What is the significance of the Kiosk (Visitor) Agreement?
You will be a visitor of YouTube Space. By visiting the Space and signing the Agreement you acknowledge that you have read the Space Rules and agree to (and understand) the terms of the kiosk (visitor) agreement.

4. Do my parents have to sign the Agreement as well?
Any minor under 18 must provide the kiosk (visitor) agreement signed by his/her parents or legal guardians. The kiosk (visitor) agreement will be sent to you via email together with your ticket.

5. I'm 16 years old (or younger). May I attend the meetup?
Yes but minors under 16 must be supervised onsite at all times either by a parent or legal guardian. Please make sure the parent/legal guardian registers and requests a ticket as well.

6. How do I get a ticket?
please send a message to dtourlondon(at)gmail(dot)com together with your name and favorite time slot. You will be given a pdf-file with a number, your name and the time slot on it in return. This is your ticket. It's only valid in connection with your registration on the YouTube form (here) and a signed copy of the kiosk (visitor) agreement.

7. I'm coming with a companion. Does he/she need a ticket/register/sign the kiosk (visitor) agreement as well?
yes, everyone needs a ticket, has to register and sign the kiosk (visitor) agreement. You won't be able to join the meetup without this. Please send us the email address of your companion so that we can send him/her the ticket and the kiosk (visitor) agreement. A parent/legal guardian needs to register and request a ticket as well.

8. I have a ticket but can't make it to the meetup. What should I do?
please send a message to dtourlondon(at)gmail(dot)com so that the ticket can be given to someone on the waiting list.

9. Do I need to print the ticket? What happens if I lost my ticket?
you can present the ticket in print, on your phone or your tablet. Your name will be ticked off at the door.
Please note that you need to bring a printed and signed copy of the kiosk (visitor) agreement.

10. I want to film. Is that possible?
Individual filming is not allowed. You might need to have YouTube approve of your filming.

11. I want to attend more than one meetup on that day. Is it possible?
We're sorry but you can only attend one of the meetups on 25 April 2015.

12. On the kiosk (visitor) agreement it asks for the content provider. What do I fill in here?

13. Filming is not allowed. But how about taking pictures with the guys? Is it possible?
sure, go ahead :)

14. I'm 15 years old. Can I bring my 18 year old friend as my legal guardian?
no, that's not possible. You can't bring a random adult to the meetup, even it's your 18 year old friend. The term is "legal" guardian.
